How do seasonal boxes work?

We recently made the switch from monthly boxes to only seasonal boxes. There will only be 4 cider shipments per year corresponding to the 4 seasons: Winter (January), Spring (April), Summer (July), Fall (October). Each box will contain 2 to 4 different bottles of cider in varying bottle sizes. The boxes will also include additional items to further highlight the seasonal aspect of each box.

When will I be charged?

Upon subscribing for the first time, a debit or credit card will be required to purchase a seasonal box plan. You may choose to purchase only one seasonal box, and not allow the subscription to auto-renew. You will then be subscribed to receive the following seasonal box. If subscribed to an auto-renewal plan, the debit or credit card on file will be charged on or near the 20th day of the month after each shipment. This will ensure you will receive the next season's box.

Which states do you deliver to?

We currently only operate in the United States. We can deliver DoubleCider boxes to every state EXCEPT Hawaii, Alaska, Utah, Illinois, Maryland, Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, North Dakota, and Rhode Island. Additionally, ALL shipments to the East Coast may require up to 14-21 days for delivery. What are the age restrictions?

Consumers must be 21 years of age to purchase alcohol in the United States. By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

How does delivery work?

All alcohol deliveries within in the United States require the signature of a person over the age of 21. We highly recommend that your shipping address be a location where you can be sure someone over the age of 21 will be present to sign for the package. Even if it's not your personal residence, you may use a workplace or neighbor's house. This will avoid the need for any extra delivery attempts and the increased risk of damage.

Cancellation policy

We would be sad to see you go, but if you so desire, you may cancel your monthly subscription box at any time by logging into your account and canceling there. If the cancellation is confirmed before the 20th day of the renewal month, the card on file will not be charged, and you will not receive the following season's box.
